Marketing Your Home
Marketing your property is one of the key factors in selling in a timely manner. To ensure your listing reaches a broad audience our listings are showcased not only on Realtor.ca (the single largest resource available today) but on the Royal LePage website which is chalked full of information and often referred to by many Buyers during their search.
We also have a shared feed with several other Brokerages websites and of course will showcase it on our own.
Combined with the online placements we do plenty of print advertising in a variety of different publications including the local newspaper, The Real Estate Book and a couple of magazines. We also believe in the good old fashioned Open House to get Buyers through the door in a no pressure environment.

Property List Pricing
Properties listed at the right price sell fastest and put the most money into their Sellers’ pockets. Overpricing is a poor practice that can keep a property on the market longer than necessary and end up with price reductions and low–ball offers.
Overpricing is often a tactic used by Realtors to “buy” a listing that they would really like to have but does not do the Sellers any favours by promising more than can be reasonably delivered.
Using a research-based approach and knowing the market fully before publishing a list price gets a property more activity and ultimately attracts better Offers.
Inspections & Repair Negotiations
Price negotiations are only the beginning. Once an Agreement is accepted there are conditions to fulfill, inspections to get past and information to provide to several sources. Any of these items can result in further negotiations and can make or break a deal. The Cleland team is experienced in all of the aspects of the process and can help identify potential issues that could arise and suggest solutions to combat them prior to becoming a problem. We can also suggest service providers for a variety of different disciplines to help remedy any problems that may surface in the course of the process.
