Marketing Your Home

Marketing your property is one of the key factors in selling in a timely manner. To ensure your listing reaches a broad audience our listings are showcased not only on (the single largest resource available today) but on the Royal LePage website which is chalked full of information and often referred to by many Buyers during their search.

We also have a shared feed with several other Brokerages websites and of course will showcase it on our own.
Combined with the online placements we do plenty of print advertising in a variety of different publications including the local newspaper, The Real Estate Book and a couple of magazines. We also believe in the good old fashioned Open House to get Buyers through the door in a no pressure environment.
